Future Native Teachers Initiative (FNTI)
FNTI is back! After a pause during the global pandemic, we are excited to reignite this program to support Native students who are actively pursuing careers in education. Whether their path leads to teaching, counseling, administration, instructional assisting, or other education roles, FNTI provides experiences and connections to help students take their next steps.
Lodging & Rooming
Hotel accommodations are provided at Courtyard Marriott in Federal Way. Students will be assigned two per room (same gender/sex), with the possibility of three per room depending on space. Special needs or mobility concerns will be accommodated as best as possible. Please indicate any requests in the registration form.
Dietary Needs
Meals are provided, and we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. However, it is the responsibility of schools and chaperones to ensure students and chaperones make appropriate meal choices. Please list any allergies or restrictions in the form.
Dress Code & Activity Expectations
Students will be active throughout the event, including classroom visits and outdoor transitions. Please dress casually but appropriately for school and college settings.
